Step 1

Connect Allegro

We connect your Allegro account to our WMS and map your SKUs. Orders, inventory and tracking are synced automatically so you see the same data in Allegro and your FLEX. Logistik dashboard.

 

Step 2

Configure rules

Define shipping and handling rules once – by destination country, service level, SKU tags or order value. Our WMS then selects the best carrier options from Germany and Poland, aligned with your delivery promises and costs.

 

Step 3

Inbound & SKU prep

Send inventory by container, truck, pallet or parcel. We receive and check goods, scan and relabel SKUs if needed, and prepare them for sale – including bundles, kits and multipacks optimized for Allegro buyers.

Step 4

Storage & visibility

Each SKU is assigned to the right storage location (pallet, shelf, bin or hanging). You get real-time stock visibility by site, SKU and channel, with alerts for low stock and insights into stock movements across Allegro and other channels.

Step 5

Pick, Pack, Ship & tracking

We pick and pack orders according to your SOPs, using agreed packaging and inserts. Orders are shipped same-day before cut-off where applicable, and tracking numbers are pushed back into Allegro so buyers always know where their parcel is.
