Step 1

Connect Amazon

We connect to Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central and map your SKUs to our WMS. FBM orders, inventory and tracking sync automatically, while we configure FBA shipment workflows and carton/pallet rules for each destination FC.

 

Step 2

Configure programs & rules

Decide which flows we manage: FBA, FBM, Vendor, B2B. Define shipping and handling rules by country, service level or SKU tags so our WMS can route orders, apply carrier choices for Germany and the EU, and follow your priorities automatically.

 

Step 3

Inbound & SKU prep

Send inventory by container, truck, pallet or parcel. We receive and check goods, scan and relabel SKUs, create kits or bundles, and prepare items for FBA where needed (polybagging, bubble wrap, labeling, carton prep, pallet building).

Step 4

Storage & visibility

Each SKU is allocated to the right storage location (pallet, shelf, bin or hanging). You get real-time stock visibility per site, available-to-sell quantities for FBM, and clear differentiation between stock reserved for FBA, FBM and other channels.

FBM Pick, Pack, Ship & tracking

For Amazon FBM, we pick and pack orders to your SOPs, use agreed packaging and inserts, apply the right Amazon-approved service levels, ship same-day before cut-off and push tracking updates straight back into Amazon.

FBA shipments & reverse logistics

We build FBA shipments following your Amazon shipment plans: labeling cartons and pallets, respecting weight and dimension limits, consolidating loads and dispatching to German and EU fulfillment centers.
