Executing Your End-to-End Dortmund Strategy
To conquer the scale and speed of the Dortmund gateway, your logistics strategy must be broken down into actionable, high-performance phases. FLEX. engineers your operational success in the Ruhr region by executing a seamless, end-to-end supply chain sequence:
Phase 1: Border & Port Processing Before your freight even approaches Dortmund, administrative friction must be eliminated. Through our Germany customs clearance broker, our in-house team immediately clears your international cargo arriving at northern ports or western borders. We manage all duties and VAT synchronization so your inventory hits the German Autobahn fully "domestic-ready."
Phase 2: Structural Intake Compliance The automated sensors at DTM3 offer no second chances. At our secure facilities, our FBA prep center Germany intercepts your freight to conduct a rigorous physical audit. We perfectly correct pallet geometry, eliminate overhangs, and apply precise SSCC labels, completely neutralizing the risk of gate rejections.
Phase 3: Strategic Inventory Buffering Leverage Dortmund’s centrality without paying Amazon's premium fees. Using our pre Amazon storage, you can land massive bulk shipments and store them economically in our localized staging hubs. From there, we execute precise, "just-in-time" replenishments directly to DTM3, keeping your IPI score healthy and storage costs low.
Phase 4: Final-Mile Transit Execution Navigating the heavy commercial traffic of the A1 and A2 requires flawless timing. Our forwarding to Amazon in Germany service takes absolute ownership of the final leg. We secure the mandatory Carrier Central appointments and deploy expert transport teams to ensure a frictionless handover at the Dortmund gates.
Phase 5: Omni-Channel Expansion & Network Intelligence Maximize your footprint in the Ruhr region. We can utilize your local inventory via our B2C & B2B fulfillment service to pick, pack, and ship webshop orders directly to DACH consumers. Meanwhile, our comprehensive Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory equips you with the network data needed to dynamically route your stock from your DTM3 anchor to other critical hubs as Amazon's protocols evolve.
