Booking and Hours:
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through Carrier Central.
Receiving Hours: Sunday 19:00 – Saturday 18:30 (operational almost continuously).
Vehicle Requirements:
Palletised Deliveries: 7.5-tonne trucks and articulated vehicles are accepted.
Swap Bodies: Accepted for palletised shipments.
Loose Loaded Parcels: Sprinters and transit vans are accepted.
Not Accepted: Private cars, flatbed trucks, vehicles under 7.5 tonnes, drag & drop trailers, double-deck trailers, and tail lifts.
Cargo Preparation:
Pallet Type: Only EURO pallets (120x80 cm) are accepted.
Height:
Single Pallet: Max 1.8m
Double Stacked: Max 2.8m total height (including pallets)
Labelling: All items, cartons, and pallets must display a valid FNSKU or shipment label.
Wrapping: Pallets must be securely wrapped in transparent stretch film to ensure stability during transport.
