Amazon’s XDEY facility follows strict inbound delivery requirements. To avoid delays, please adhere to the following:
Booking and Hours:
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via Carrier Central.
Receiving Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 22:00.
Vehicle Requirements:
Accepted for Palletised Deliveries: 7.5-tonne trucks, articulated vehicles, and swap bodies.
Loose Loaded Parcels: Sprinters and transit vans are accepted.
Not Accepted: Private cars, flatbed trucks, vehicles under 7.5 tonnes, drag & drop trailers, double-deck trailers, and tail lifts.
Cargo Preparation:
Pallet Type: Use EURO pallets (120x80 cm) only.
Height:
Single Pallet: Max 1.8m
Double Stacked: Max 2.8m (including pallets)
Labelling: Each pallet and carton must feature a valid FNSKU or shipment label.
Wrapping: Pallets must be securely wrapped in clear stretch film for safe transport and easy inspection.
