The Amazon XDU2 fulfillment center, operated by Geodis Logistics Deutschland GmbH, plays a key role in Amazon’s western Germany logistics network. Booking and Hours:
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance via Carrier Central.
Receiving Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 22:00
Vehicle Requirements:
Palletised Deliveries: 7.5-tonne trucks, articulated vehicles, and swap bodies are accepted.
Loose Loaded Parcels: Sprinters and transit vans are accepted.
Private Vehicles: Not permitted for inbound deliveries.
Other Accepted Vehicles: Flatbed trucks, vehicles under 7.5 tonnes, drag & drop trailers, double-deck trailers, and tail lifts.
Cargo Preparation:
Pallet Type: Use standard EURO pallets (120x80 cm).
Height Limits:
Single Pallet: Max 1.8m
Double Stacked: Max 2.8m, including pallet height
Labelling: Every item, carton, and pallet must carry a valid FNSKU or shipping label.
Wrapping: Pallets must be stable, shrink-wrapped, and transparent to meet Amazon’s inbound safety requirements.
