How It Works
(for Apparel & Accessories)

Step 1
Connect your store(s)
Use our ready-made integrations or API to sync orders, inventory and returns with our WMS – no manual spreadsheets. We support single- and multi-brand setups across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, marketplaces and custom stores, with clean mapping for sizes, colors, collections, bundles and pre-orders.
Step 2
Inbound & QA
We receive cartons, pallets or containers, verify quantities, scan barcodes and apply fashion-specific quality checks: packaging, labels, visible defects, sizes and color codes. Where needed we can relabel, re-tag, add price stickers or channel-specific barcodes for retailers, marketplaces and local regulations.
Step 3
Storage & visibility
Stock is stored in the most suitable zones – hanging or flat, bins, shelves or racks – depending on product type, sales speed and seasonality. Through our WMS you see live inventory by SKU, size, color, collection or channel, plus reporting for replenishment, slow movers and planned promotions.

Step 4
Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We fold garments neatly or ship them on hangers where required, protect delicate fabrics and shoe boxes, and can include branded tissue, stickers, bags or lookbooks. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders shipping from our German and EU hubs.

Step 5
Shipping across the EU
From Germany, Poland and France we use optimized carrier services for domestic and cross-border deliveries. Offer home delivery or pickup-point options, choose between speed-focused and cost-effective services, and set rules per country or service level to balance customer expectations with shipping costs.
Step 6
Returns that protect your brand
We process returns following your playbook with a focus on reconditioning and resale. Items are checked for wear, damage and cleanliness; when possible we refold, steam, re-bag, re-box and re-tag products so they can re-enter stock in “like new” condition. Non-resellable items can be quarantined, discounted, moved to outlet flows or donated – according to your rules.
Product Quality & Compliance for Apparel, Footwear & Accessories
Apparel and accessories involve sizes, fabric composition, care labels, origin marks, packaging rules and customs codes that must stay consistent across markets and channels. We design inbound, storage, outbound and returns flows to keep product data clean and avoid mis-picks, maintain accurate, audit-friendly documentation, and support smooth cross-border moves within and beyond the EU. From HS codes and material descriptions to packing lists and invoices, we help keep your apparel and footwear moving without friction.

Why Apparel & Accessories Brands Choose FLEX.

Category-aware operations
We handle apparel, shoes and accessories with category-specific SOPs for sizes, colors, fabrics and presentation. From folded basics to fragile occasion pieces and boxed footwear, workflows are designed for consistent handling at scale.

Customer experience & brand presentation
Clean, well-packed orders with the right size and color mean fewer returns and better reviews. Together we define how garments and accessories should be folded, packed and presented so every shipment feels on-brand, whether it goes to a D2C customer or a marketplace buyer.

Returns that don’t kill margin
Returns are part of fashion – but they don’t have to destroy profitability. By inspecting, reconditioning and routing returned items in line with your strategy, we help more units be resold at the best possible price while ensuring unsellable items are handled transparently and responsibly.

Value-added presentation (where it belongs)
For gift sets, special releases and seasonal campaigns, we can assemble curated inner packaging with marketing inserts, lookbooks and campaign materials – while keeping outer parcels carrier-compliant and robust enough to protect your products in transit.

Strategic EU footprint
Our warehouses in Germany, Poland and France provide shorter delivery times and lower freight costs across key EU fashion markets. You can stage inventory close to your core customers while working with one e-commerce 3PL partner.

Same-day dispatch + clear SLAs
We combine fast cut-offs with clear SLAs for receiving, picking, packing and shipping. You know exactly what you can promise customers and marketplaces – and you get the data to monitor performance as your apparel & accessories brand grows.
Compliance & Documentation
Security & Access Controls
We help keep your flows transparent, traceable and audit-ready by recording batch / lot and expiry data where required, applying the correct product and shipping labels according to your specifications, and generating clear packing lists and documentation for B2B and marketplace deliveries. For non-EU lanes, we prepare commercial invoices with accurate HS codes, values and Incoterms, and we maintain returns, destruction and donation records with scannable IDs so check-in and verification remain under control.
To set this up, we typically need a clear SKU map (including product categories, shelf life and any restrictions), barcode standards, marketplace and retailer guides, plus your rules for expiry, rework, donations and destruction. We implement these rules, test them on sample orders, then lock the configuration before going fully live.
We use layered physical, operational and digital protection for your inventory and data. Controlled access and CCTV secure storage and packing zones; cycle counts and variance investigations help maintain stock integrity. Role-based permissions in our WMS and two-factor authentication on admin accounts protect your data, and outbound orders can include photo, weight or scan logs to support dispute resolution or investigations.
Our EU Locations
We operate from Germany, Poland, France—in the center of Europe—for faster local delivery and cost-efficient cross-border shipping.

E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS
We carefully choose our warehouse locations close to sea and rail container terminals, cargo airports and highways, to make sure we are able to receive your shipments without delays and forward it to Amazon fulfillment centers in a cost efficient way.

LOCATION IS A KEY
IN E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS
We understand that time is money and we value our clients' time over everything else.
