How It Works

Step 1
Connect your store(s)
You connect your Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, marketplaces or custom store to our WMS using ready-made connectors or API. Orders, inventory and returns sync automatically, with clean mapping for shades, formats, bundles, kits and subscriptions, so you don’t need spreadsheets to run your day-to-day operations.
Step 2
Inbound & QA
We receive cartons, pallets or containers into our German and EU hubs, verify quantities, scan barcodes and capture batch / lot and best-before dates where relevant. Packaging integrity, seals, pumps, droppers and glass are checked to protect safety and presentation. Where needed, we apply or replace language labels, regulatory markings or channel-specific barcodes so products are ready for sale in your target markets.
Step 3
Storage & visibility
Your inventory is stored in appropriate zones such as racks, shelves and bins, based on product type, rotation, packaging and sensitivity. Skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, fragrances, personal care and selected wellness products can be separated logically or physically. Through our WMS you see real-time inventory by SKU, shade, kit, batch / lot or channel, with reporting that supports replenishment, FEFO/FIFO rules, shelf-life management and purchasing.

Step 4
Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. Our teams handle glass bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, miniatures and gift sets with suitable packaging and cushioning, and can include branded inner materials, care leaflets, samples and promo inserts where required. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders leaving our German and EU hubs, so you can maintain strong delivery promises on your product pages and marketplace listings.

Step 5
Shipping across the EU
From our warehouses in Germany, Poland and France, we use optimized carrier services to cover Germany and the wider EU. You define how fast you want to ship to each country and which services you want to offer. We then combine home delivery and pickup-point options, speed-focused and cost-efficient services, and special handling rules for fragile, liquid or higher-value shipments so freight spend and reliability stay under control.
Step 6
Returns that stay safe & on-brand
We process returns according to your playbook, with particular attention to hygiene, tamper evidence and resale rules. Depending on product type and condition, items can be inspected, quarantined, scrapped, routed to outlet channels or, where appropriate, restocked under strict criteria. The aim is to protect consumers and your brand while recovering as much value as possible from returned stock.

To set this up, we typically need a clear SKU map (including product categories, shelf life and any restrictions), barcode standards, marketplace and retailer guides, plus your rules for expiry, rework, donations and destruction. We implement these rules, test them on sample orders, then lock the configuration before going fully live.
We use layered physical, operational and digital protection for your inventory and data. Controlled access and CCTV secure storage and packing zones; cycle counts and variance investigations help maintain stock integrity. Role-based permissions in our WMS and two-factor authentication on admin accounts protect your data, and outbound orders can include photo, weight or scan logs to support dispute resolution or investigations.
