Product Safety & Compliance for Beauty & Personal Care

Beauty & personal care logistics touch on cosmetics regulations, labeling rules, INCI ingredient lists, batch tracking, packaging law and shelf-life management. Opened or hygiene-sensitive products follow defined flows for quarantine, destruction, donation or secondary channels, with documentation that supports audits and internal tracking. This approach keeps hygiene and safety under control while giving you clarity on write-offs and value recovery.

Amazon & Marketplace Programs

For brands using Amazon FBA, Vendor or Direct Fulfillment, we prepare and replenish inventory to Amazon standards, and handle removals and returns in line with category-specific rules. We also run tailored workflows for other marketplaces such as Cdiscount, Kaufland, Allegro, eBay, OTTO and more, following each platform’s packaging, labeling and documentation requirements while protecting your damage, return and rating metrics.

Warehousing

We operate racks, shelves and bin storage with both long-term and seasonal capacity across Germany, Poland and France. High-rotation SKUs can be placed in fast-pick areas, while sensitive or higher-value items can be stored in controlled zones with additional checks such as photo or scan logs on outbound shipments. We implement these rules, test them on sample orders, then lock the configuration before going fully live.

Controlled access and CCTV secure storage and packing zones; cycle counts and variance investigations help maintain stock integrity. Role-based permissions in our WMS and two-factor authentication on admin accounts protect your data, and outbound orders can include photo, weight or scan logs to support dispute resolution or investigations.
