We connect your eBay account to our WMS and map your SKUs. Orders, inventory and tracking are synced automatically so you see the same data in eBay and in your FLEX. Logistik dashboard.
Step 2
Configure rules
Define shipping and handling rules once – by destination country, service level, SKU tags or order value. Our WMS then chooses the right carrier options for Germany and the EU, respecting your delivery promises and cost structure.
Step 3
Inbound & SKU prep
Send inventory by container, truck, pallet or parcel. We receive and check goods, scan and relabel SKUs where needed, and prepare items for sale (bundles, kits, sets) so products are ready for fast picking and packing.
Step 4
Storage & visibility
Each SKU is allocated to the optimal storage location (pallet, shelf, bin or hanging). You get real-time stock visibility by site, SKU and channel, plus alerts for low stock and insights into stock movements for eBay and other channels.
Step 5
Pick, Pack, Ship & tracking
We pick and pack orders according to your SOPs, using agreed packaging and inserts. Orders are shipped same-day before cut-off where applicable, and tracking numbers are pushed back into eBay so your buyers stay informed.
