Product Safety & Compliance for Electronics

Electronics logistics must respect CE marking, battery regulations, WEEE obligations, packaging law and transport restrictions, which differ by product type and destination. Core 3PL & Fulfillment

We manage order fulfillment for B2C and B2B, including picking, packing, shipping, storage and returns, with workflows tuned to electronics. Amazon & Marketplace Programs

We support Amazon FBA prep, Vendor / Direct Fulfillment and removals/returns for electronics, plus customized workflows for other key marketplaces such as Cdiscount, Kaufland, Allegro, eBay, OTTO and more. Platform-specific requirements for packaging, dangerous-goods declarations, labels and documentation are built into our SOPs so you protect both damage rates and brand presentation.

Warehousing

We operate racks, shelves and bin storage with both long-term and seasonal capacity across Germany, France and Poland. High-value SKUs can be kept in restricted-access zones with additional controls (such as scan or photo logs), while bulky items and small accessories are placed in appropriate pallet, rack or bin locations to maximize pick speed and accuracy.

We help keep your flows transparent, traceable and audit-ready by recording batch / lot and expiry data where required, applying the correct product and shipping labels according to your specifications, and generating clear packing lists and documentation for B2B and marketplace deliveries. For non-EU lanes, we prepare commercial invoices with accurate HS codes, values and Incoterms, and we maintain returns, destruction and donation records with scannable IDs so check-in and verification remain under control.

To set this up, we typically need a clear SKU map (including product categories, shelf life and any restrictions), barcode standards, marketplace and retailer guides, plus your rules for expiry, rework, donations and destruction. We implement these rules, test them on sample orders, then lock the configuration before going fully live.

We use layered physical, operational and digital protection for your inventory and data. Controlled access and CCTV secure storage and packing zones; cycle counts and variance investigations help maintain stock integrity. Role-based permissions in our WMS and two-factor authentication on admin accounts protect your data, and outbound orders can include photo, weight or scan logs to support dispute resolution or investigations.

Yes, within the limits of applicable transport regulations and carrier rules. We review your catalog to classify products correctly and set up packaging, labeling and service options that keep shipments compliant.
Do you manage serial numbers or IMEIs for devices?
Where required, we can capture and store serial or IMEI numbers at inbound and/or outbound, link them to orders, and include them in reports for warranty, anti-fraud and recall processes.
Can you support refurbished and open-box electronics?
