Product Safety & Compliance for Home & Garden

Home & garden logistics involve fragile décor, mixed materials, textiles, bulky items and sometimes electrical or battery-powered products. We design inbound, storage, outbound and returns processes to limit damage, keep documentation accurate and support customs and platform requirements.

Core 3PL & Fulfillment

We provide order fulfillment for B2C and B2B, including pick, pack, shipping, storage and returns, tuned to home décor, textiles, lighting and garden categories. Same-day dispatch from our EU hubs and full visibility via our WMS/FMS are combined with processes built for mixed baskets of décor, small furniture, lighting and outdoor products.

Product Prep, Kitting & Presentation

We manage labelling and relabelling, including channel-specific stickers and barcodes, and build room sets, décor bundles, table-setting kits, balcony/terrace kits and seasonal packs. Returns, Refurbishment & Disposition

Returns are inspected and graded using your rules. We can clean, re-pack and rebox items that meet your quality thresholds, route lightly damaged or end-of-season products into outlet or secondary channels, and recycle or scrap unusable goods with full documentation and reporting.

Amazon & Marketplace Programs

We support Amazon FBA prep, Vendor/Direct Fulfillment and removals/returns for home & garden categories, plus tailored workflows for marketplaces such as Kaufland, Allegro, Cdiscount, eBay, OTTO and others. Platform-specific packaging and labelling rules are integrated into our SOPs to keep damage and return rates under control while protecting brand presentation.

Warehousing

We offer bulk, pallet and rack storage, plus shelving and bins for smaller items, across our locations in Germany, France and Poland. Collections, seasons or channels can be separated physically or logically in the system, and additional capacity can be reserved for spring/summer garden peaks and Q4 home décor seasons.

We help keep your flows transparent, traceable and audit-ready by recording batch / lot and expiry data where required, applying the correct product and shipping labels according to your specifications, and generating clear packing lists and documentation for B2B and marketplace deliveries. For non-EU lanes, we prepare commercial invoices with accurate HS codes, values and Incoterms, and we maintain returns, destruction and donation records with scannable IDs so check-in and verification remain under control.

To set this up, we typically need a clear SKU map (including product categories, shelf life and any restrictions), barcode standards, marketplace and retailer guides, plus your rules for expiry, rework, donations and destruction. We implement these rules, test them on sample orders, then lock the configuration before going fully live.

We use layered physical, operational and digital protection for your inventory and data. Controlled access and CCTV secure storage and packing zones; cycle counts and variance investigations help maintain stock integrity. Role-based permissions in our WMS and two-factor authentication on admin accounts protect your data, and outbound orders can include photo, weight or scan logs to support dispute resolution or investigations.

During onboarding we provide written SOPs for pick/pack, returns, quality checks and access control specific to your category, along with sample logs and audit-trail screenshots, so your operations, quality, compliance and finance teams can sign off with confidence.
