How It Works

Step 1
Connect your store(s)
Use our ready-made connectors or API to sync orders, inventory and returns with our WMS – no spreadsheets required. We support single-brand and multi-brand home & garden setups across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, marketplaces and custom stores, with clean mapping for variants, sets, colours, sizes and seasonal collections.
Step 2
Inbound & QA
We receive pallets, cartons or containers into our German and EU hubs, verify quantities, scan barcodes and apply home & garden–specific quality checks: packaging integrity, protective materials, visible damage, labelling and set completeness. Where needed, we can relabel and add language labels or channel-specific barcodes for the German market and wider EU.
Step 3
Storage & visibility
Stock is stored in suitable zones – pallet racks, shelves or bins – depending on dimensions, weight, rotation and fragility. Textiles, décor, glassware, lighting, garden tools and outdoor items can be separated so each category is stored and handled correctly. Through our WMS you see real-time inventory by SKU, collection, set or channel, plus reporting for replenishment, seasonality and purchasing decisions.

Step 4
Pick, Pack, Present
Orders are picked according to your SOPs and channel rules. We handle fragile décor, glass, ceramics, textiles, cushions, planters and tools with appropriate packaging and cushioning, and can include branded inner materials, care guides, assembly instructions and promo inserts. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders from our German and EU hubs, so customers receive items ready to place, hang or install.

Step 5
Shipping across the EU
From our locations in Germany, France and Poland, we use optimized carrier services to cover Germany and the wider EU. You can define rules for standard parcels, oversized parcels and multi-parcel orders, choose between speed-focused or cost-efficient services, and offer home delivery or pickup-point options – balancing freight cost and customer expectations, especially in peak seasons.
Step 6
Returns that protect value
We process returns according to your playbook, with dedicated flows for damaged, incomplete or seasonal home & garden items. Products are inspected and graded; where possible we clean, re-pack and rebox items for resale, route them to outlet or secondary channels, or recycle components. The goal is to preserve brand perception while protecting margin.

We help keep your flows transparent, traceable and audit-ready by recording batch / lot and expiry data where required, applying the correct product and shipping labels according to your specifications, and generating clear packing lists and documentation for B2B and marketplace deliveries. For non-EU lanes, we prepare commercial invoices with accurate HS codes, values and Incoterms, and we maintain returns, destruction and donation records with scannable IDs so check-in and verification remain under control.
To set this up, we typically need a clear SKU map (including product categories, shelf life and any restrictions), barcode standards, marketplace and retailer guides, plus your rules for expiry, rework, donations and destruction. We implement these rules, test them on sample orders, then lock the configuration before going fully live.
We use layered physical, operational and digital protection for your inventory and data. Controlled access and CCTV secure storage and packing zones; cycle counts and variance investigations help maintain stock integrity. Role-based permissions in our WMS and two-factor authentication on admin accounts protect your data, and outbound orders can include photo, weight or scan logs to support dispute resolution or investigations.
