Install our Shopify connector, map your Shopify Locations to our German and EU warehouses, and sync orders, inventory and returns in real time. We process test orders before go-live to validate flows quickly.

Configure rules

Define shipping and handling rules once – by country, service level, SKU tags or order value – and let our WMS automatically route orders, apply carrier choices for Germany and the EU, and enforce your priorities.

 

Step 3

Inbound & SKU prep

Send products by container, truck, pallet or parcel. We receive and check goods, scan and relabel SKUs, perform FBA prep where needed, and build kits or bundles so stock arrives shelf-ready for pick & pack.

Step 4

Storage & visibility

Each SKU is assigned to the right storage location (pallet, shelf, bin or hanging). You get real-time visibility on stock by site, available-to-sell quantities, low-stock alerts and movement history for every item.

Step 5

Pick, Pack, Ship & tracking

We pick and pack according to your SOPs, use agreed packaging and inserts, follow your carrier rules, ship same-day before cut-off and send tracking updates automatically back into Shopify.

Returns & reverse logistics

How fast is the integration?
In most cases we can complete the technical integration within one working day once we have Shopify admin access and your locations mapped. We then process test orders before go-live to make sure everything works as expected.
Do you support Shopify multi-location and Markets?
Yes. Our WMS can mirror your Shopify Locations and support setups using Shopify Markets. This lets you route orders to the most suitable warehouse and keep stock correct by region.
Can you handle returns from Germany and the EU?
Yes. We can receive returns into our German warehouse (and other EU locations where applicable), process them according to your policy and share results back to you. Depending on the condition, items can be restocked, refurbished or consolidated and forwarded.
